Dancing the Heart in Relationship
This is a one day experience. (10-600), The day will be focused on opening and dancing the heart in connection with your partner/spouse/friend/self. MettaDance is a mindfulness movement practice that facilitates the awareness of breath, enlivens connection with your body and creates new connections in consciousness. Through sensory based movement practitioners/movers release tensions and habitual movement patterns that constrict and inhibit the flow of life energy. With new somatic experiences and expanded consciousness movers can reclaim their direct connection with life -their full awareness.
